What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept Shopify Pay and all major credits cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Pre-Paid Gift Cards. Multiple cards, including international credit cards, can be used in one order. Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders are not accepted at this time.
Will I be charged VAT or a sales tax?
Yes. This depends on your location. The website will display your specific area’s taxes during the checkout process.
Will I be charged for shipping?

When will my package arrive?
Supersapiens products ship from a secure, climate-controlled warehouse in Europe. Packages typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Check your order confirmation email for tracking information.
My order has been delayed, who can I contact?
Please submit a request if you have not received your package within one to two weeks of ordering.
Is there a minimum cart size?

When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
