The Supersapiens app is supported by the following:

The Supersapiens app cannot run on a rooted Android device or Jailbroken iPhone.

Popular mobile devices and operating systems (OS) are regularly tested to evaluate NFC scan performance and app compatibility with biosensors. NFC (“near field communication”) is needed to scan and start biosensors. The position of the NFC antenna varies in each phone.

Why does my Huawei phone have a default "New Tag Collected" application invoked on every NFC scan by default?

Huawei phones have a default "New Tag Collected" application invoked on every NFC scan by default.

When you perform a scan for the first time, an application selector should appear. Select "Supersapiens" and tap "Always".

If you cannot see the application selector, perform the following steps on your Huawei phone to reset your choices.

  1. Open the "Settings" app
  2. Select "Apps"
  3. Tap "Apps" again
  4. Select three dots in the top right corner
  5. Select "Reset app preferences"
  6. Select "Reset"
